📌 Deposit & Reservation Policy

To reserve a Doberman puppy from an upcoming or available litter, we require a non-refundable deposit.
• 💰 Standard deposit amount: $500 (applied toward total purchase price)
• 📆 Deposits secure your place in the picking order
• ✅ Puppies are matched based on temperament, family needs, and preferences

Why is the deposit non-refundable?
Your deposit helps us plan for your puppy’s care and commits us to holding that puppy for you, removing it from availability for other families.

Because we deal with live animals and commit time, resources, and veterinary care to each puppy, all sales are final once the puppy leaves our care.

🔒 No refunds will be issued in the following situations:
• Change of mind after reserving or purchasing
• Failure to pick up or accept delivery
• Allergies, schedule conflicts, or housing issues
• Disputes unrelated to the puppy’s health

🩺 Health Guarantee Exceptions

All our Doberman puppies come with a written health guarantee, which covers serious genetic conditions within the specified time period (typically 1–2 years depending on contract terms).

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a covered genetic issue within the guarantee window:
• We may offer a replacement puppy from a future litter
• Or, in rare cases, issue a partial refund at our discretion

We understand life circumstances can change. While we do not offer refunds, we care deeply about the well-being of our puppies.

If you can no longer keep your Doberman:
• We require that you contact us first
• We may assist with re-homing or request the puppy/dog be returned to us
